Global Residence is a six storey share house that offers various amenities that renters can enjoy. The 16.25 sqm rooms are fully furnished (King single bed, big closet, work desk and chair, hot/cold aircon, curtains, refrigerator and a balcony). You can view the rooms here.
Across the Global Residence is the Aoyama University and it’s only 8-minute walk from Fuchinobe station on the JR Yokohama line.
Global Residence is being managed by Takaravillage. Questions and issues inside the sharehouse will be taken care of by the management. The manager is on call and living within the building. Residents will be rest assured that Takaravillage will always be responsive, helpful and accommodating.
What is the process of moving to Global Residence?
Setting an appointment with Global Residence management; Takaravillage is necessary. Upon setting an appointment, guests will be meeting the manager of the sharehouse and will tour them inside the building and explain the rules inside the share house. Every transaction will be made directly to the manager of Takaravillage. You can email and contact them here.
A minimum of one month stay is necessary to stay in Global Residence.

Global Residence values the security of every tenant that is why these documents are requisite upon moving.

I don’t know how to speak Japanese; can I contact you in English?
Yes. The manager of the share house can speak both Japanese language and English.
