These comfortable seats can transport you to an inner city cafe while you chat with your neighbor while sipping coffee.
ELEVATOR
Global Residence have six floors. You do not have to worry if your floor is on the 6th because an elevator is available for the residents.
GROUND FLOOR
The mail boxes, shoe lockers, lounge and kitchen is located on the first floor. Internet connection is also available in this area.
MAILBOXES AND SHOE LOCKERS
Each resident will have a mailbox and a shoe locker. Removing of shoes is an entrenched tradition in Japan. Switching to indoor slippers is a must while inside the building.
KITCHEN
Though there is a kitchenette on every floor, Global Residence built a large fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor for those who love to cook their own food.

The gym is large enough for groups who wants to exercise or do yoga. The gym is equipped for those health and fitness conscious residents. Exercise has never been so inviting with Global Residence. Wall mounted mirrors are installed in the gym, perfect for those who want to start a dance class within the building.
OTHER FLOORS AND ITS AMENITIES
Every floor of Global Residence has a kitchenette, study room, communal bathrooms, laundry and wash room. While the large bath, theater rooms, conference room and resting areas are located on selected floors.

COMMUNAL BATHROOMS
Japan is known for high-tech toilets and Global Residence residents use these kind of toilets for every floor.
LAUNDRY AND WASHING FACILITY
The wash room is conveniently located on every floor with iron and several washing machines.
LARGE BATH
There is no need to go out to a public bath since there is one inside the building located on the 2nd floor. The large bath has a shifting schedule for men and women.

While the red curtain means it’s the girls day for rejuvenation.
This area is the changing room before going inside the bath house.
A soak in this tub can stimulate and accelerate metabolism.
The conference room is perfect for those who want to have a meeting or want to have a time for themselves. Just don’t forget to schedule the room if you want to use it exclusively.
THEATER ROOM
Why not end the night with a movie? The theater room will always be available for people who loves watching movies.

Each of the rooms comes fully furnished including a King single bed, Hot/Cold Aircon, Work desk and chair, curtains, Large closet, Wardrobe, Shoe storage, refrigerator and a Balcony.
